1.接待所有中、外客人之住房 Check In / Out 手續,確保顧客需求並及時關注需求 2.督導和訓練櫃檯同仁 3.熟悉並有效規劃櫃檯作業流程 4.有效處理顧客回饋並處理可能發生之客訴,維持高品質的顧客滿意度 5.與房務部密切合作,確保於貴賓抵達前完成所有的房務清潔作業 6.提供酒店顧客國內旅遊或購物諮詢及安排國內旅遊相關事宜和旅客包裹寄、收件服務 1. Ensure that all customer needs and requirements are addressed in a timely manner and handled in the appropriate manner. 2. Supervise and train Front Desk colleagues. 3. Familiar with and effectively plan the Front Desk operation process. 4. Effectively handle customer feedback and maintain high-quality customer satisfaction. 5. Work closely with the Housekeeping Department to ensure that all housekeeping cleaning is completed before hotel‘s room guests and VIPs arrival. 6. Assist to provide Concierge service
