1.Research and Analysis (1)Research and evaluate market trends, regulatory developments and emerging challenges/ opportunities. (2)Conduct competitive analysis to support corporate strategies and development. (3)Track investment pipeline and assist with deal flow management. 2.Project execution (1)Evaluate target industries &companies (2)Perform company valuation and financial/ scenario analysis (3)Lead and/or support due diligence process (4)Partner with colleagues from various BUs/functions and/ or external consultants to facilitate project execution. (5)Prepare a variety of documents and presentation materials to effect internal/ external communication. 3.Post-deal integration & monitoring (1)Plan and assist in business integration； (2)Monitor and report on post-close perfomance.
