《Phone Representative》 • Process orders, forms and applications • Respond promptly to customer inquiries • Prepare and distribute customer activity reports • Performing administrative functions • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures • Transfer product related complaints to the designated complaint handling center immediately • Execute project based on initiatives as per JJVC direction and guidance • Escalate issues to relevant function as per requirement in each market company • Execute the product field action as per instruction from the company • On time completion of training courses/task assigned. • Execute the company procedures. • Report significant quality event and product complaints according to related company policy and procedure 《電話客服人員》 • 處理訂單、表單和申請文件 • 及時回應客戶查詢 • 準備並分發客戶活動報告 • 執行行政相關工作 • 獲取並評估所有相關資訊,以處理產品和服務諮詢 • 根據標準作業程序記錄所有通話資訊 • 立即將與產品相關的投訴轉交至指定的投訴處理中心 • 根據 JJVC 的指導與方向執行專案計畫 • 根據各市場公司的需求,將問題上報至相關部門 • 按照公司指示執行產品現場行動 • 按時完成指定的培訓課程/任務 • 執行公司相關程序 • 根據公司政策和程序,報告重大品質事件和產品投訴 *此職缺為派遣職缺
