Main Accountabilities: 1. Sales performance analysis: a) Report preparation and automation: Establish visualized reports through Power BI tool to easily monitor performance and enable more insights. b) Maintain and manage databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. c) Develop revenue forecast based on historical data and volume trends for sales team. 2. Sales incentive and program calculation: Support to calculate individual and team incentives based on actual KPI results. 3. Sales team consolidation: a) Support to collect feedback/reports from frontline sales team and prepare consolidated reports for management team. b) Assist in yearly “Customer Allocation” process, including related data preparation, feedback consolidation, system updates etc. c) Assist in analyzing data for review meeting (e.g. Country Commercial Review) or other projects. 4. RO project support: Support the Commercial Planning & Research team on RO Commercial‘s projects, including project briefing, feedback collection, performance monitoring etc. 5. Sales program communication: Draft poster, dashboard and result summary to communicate program result in order to enhance momentum.
