Key Responsibilities: • Support and coordinate with teams in our newly established procurement service company in various aspects, including organizational structure, finance, and procurement system transformation. • Regularly review subsidiaries’ operational and financial performances, and identify strategic actions for improvement. • Manage and collaborate with other teams on cross-functional projects within ASE Technology Holding. • Evaluate investment and M&A opportunities, covering valuation, industry analysis, and execution of the deal.
