Qualifications: • Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related fields. • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and familiar with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience with NLP and AIGC technologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges in AI model development and deployment. • Ability to design, test, and refine prompts to improve the accuracy and relevance of the AI model‘s responses. Experience in iterative prompt development, where prompts are continuously optimized based on the model‘s performance and output quality. • Demonstrable expertise in implementing and utilizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) models. This includes understanding how to integrate external knowledge bases with language models to enhance the quality and relevance of generated content. • Demonstrated expertise in training, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale language models. This includes understanding the nuances of model architecture, data preprocessing, and optimization techniques specific to LLMs. 【Skills below are optional but preferable】 • 3+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields, with a focus on large language models and natural language processing. • Experience with at least one database technology, such as SQL or NoSQL, is preferred.
