職責要求 1. Driving the growth of the business in Taiwan 2. Safeguarding reporting, forecasting, and budgeting of the company in accordance with group policies 3. Recruiting, leading, developing and motivating people to achieve the company goal 4. Implementing and ensuring daily operations in line with compliance, policies, and procedures of the company 5. Fulfill other tasks required by the company 任職資格 1. Strong leadership skills, 8 to 10 years of professional and management experiences(hands-on leadership) , preferably enough manager’s experiences in an international company 2. Good strategic thinking and strategic sales driving experiences 3. Willing and capable to lead a diversified team to make the changes and drive the growth 4. A strong team leader with good people communication and management skills 5. Working experiences with English and German companies is a plus 6. Fluent in English, spoken and written 7. Strong confidence as well as high motivation to work interdisciplinary and within a team
