This FAE will provide technical support to the sales team and engineering team in developing potential opportunities, and work with customer to fix issues, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve customer issues. • 技術支援工程師 (FAE)須支援業務及研發團隊並支援客戶克服產品問題。處理客戶所提出產品相關應用的技術問題，並提供客戶技術支援服務。 • At least 2 years experience in power electronics related industry, and familiar with power supplies for servers, industrial PCs (IPC), networking/storage systems. • 2年以上電源相關產業經驗，熟悉伺服器， 工業電腦，網通相關產品。 • 2+ years of relevant experience as AE or RD will be a plus. • 2年以上硬體研發工程 相關經驗尤佳(AE RD)。 • Ability of initiating and problem solving (fix issues, troubleshoot, diagnose). • 發起和解決問題的能力 (排除問題，診視問題，分析問題)。 • Customer support in product presentation, design, debug (onsite support may needed). • 客戶支援包含提供工程簡報，問題分析 (客戶端駐點支援)。 • Good interpersonal communication skills, self-motivated and good team spirit. • 溝通能力佳，主動積極，團隊合作精神
