〝1. Graduate of Mechanical or Industrial Engineering 2. With atleast 7 years of industrial experience with multiple types of material processing ( injection and compression molding, painting assembly and integrated processes) 3. Basic knowledge of quality and quality management processes. (APQP, Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis, MSA, PPAP, SPC tools, Root Cause Analysis, etc. 4. Required to work independently to identify area of improvement and provide recommendation to resolve issues and obtained agreement and buy-off from task owners. 5. Experience in formal quality processes such as ISO, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other well- developed continuous improvement programs. Conduct internal audits to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. Other duties as assigned. 6. Communication Skills: demonstrated ability to develop, synthesize, and present material orally and in writing in an articulate and concise manner.〝
