1. Minimum of 3 years work-experience in silicone keypad manufacturing industry. 2. Knowledge on secondary process technical skills, example; laser etching, spray coating and printing process 5. Determine and maintain process parameters of machinery and equipment‘s. As well as provide changes to continuously improvement and maintenance and improve the production process. 5.Team Leader to verify the buy-off process and process validation of the tooling and accessory used on those process. 6.Participate in design review activities and suggest inputs during TFS/TFC. Update all necessary manufacturing documents and ensure its optimized. 7. Basic English Language Skills is required. 8. Basic understanding regarding quality management system e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 14001 etc. is mandatory.
