This position is responsible for the list as below:
-IT Support-Network Infrastructure & Security
1. Manage day-to-day IT helpdesk and user support for company‘s computer hardware, network and standard software.
2. Company‘s computer and IT related asset purchasing proposal, plan and control (both Hardware & Software)
3. Manage basic IT infrastucture and making plan for efficiency & cost improvement
4. Coordinate with Honda Trading headquater, Honda Group company for computer system and network infrastructure related matter
5. User training for computer system matter
6. IT Security Management; establish and schedule periodical security monitoring (Firewall, VPN, Antivirus, MDM, DLP, Sytem logs, etc)
-Digital Transformation
1. Lead and support company operation to digital transformation project. (e.g. RPA, Business Process Management (Kissflow, etc.)
2. Control IT application development project and co-ordinate with user and vendor to drive project success.
3. Software support (e.g. SAP, Blue Yonder, etc)
4. Mangage software licence by official law
5. Need to frequently communicate(mail or phone) with the contact window of oversea company bases in English
6. Conduct and manage overall IT action plan and budget plan based on Annual IT strategy from Honda Trading Headquater
7. Support Admin activity or other matters assigned by the manager.

-Job Description:
As a short-term contract staff supporting the New Business Development Staff, you will assist in various business development activities, including research, documentation, and internal coordination. Your primary role is to provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
1. Market & Industry Research – Gather market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business development strategies.
2. Data Collection & Report Preparation – Assist in compiling business reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Customer & Partner Communication Support – Help coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on client inquiries.
4. Sales & Business Development Support – Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and contracts under the guidance of the business development team.
5. Administrative Support – Schedule meetings, arrange business trips, and handle documentation related to new business activities.
