This role is ideal for educators who are eager to inspire students in reading, writing, and analytical thinking, while fostering language development, critical thinking, and confidence. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver engaging and well-structured English lessons aligned with school standards to students in grades 7-12. • Teach 20 hours per week with applicable overtime compensation • Encourage students’ language proficiency and confidence through interactive and student-centered learning and foster positive and inclusive classroom environment. • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth. • Participate in faculty meetings, school events, and professional development programs. Qualifications: • Bachelor‘s degree or higher in English, Education, or a related field. • Native English speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Passion for education, cultural exchange, and helping students develop strong English proficiency. • Teaching experience in public or private schools in Taiwan is highly preferred. • Have taught English courses in foreign schools recognized by the competent authority for more than one year, or have served as full-time teaching assistant of English courses in domestic public schools with introduction of the competent authority for more than one year, and have met one of the following requirements: 1)University degree or above in education, English or a related field, and having studied English language teaching methods, teaching assessment, introduction to second language learning, and trial teaching courses. The course hours above in total should be more than 120 hours. 2)TESOL（Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages）certificate, TEFL（Teaching English as a Foreign Language）certificate or CELTA （Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults）certificate recognized by the competent authority.
