• Understand and manage clients‘ requirements and expectations • Propose appropriate application solutions to customers • Conduct requirement gathering and design meetings • Perform application configuration, customization, system integration testing, and performance & load testing • Prepare training materials and conduct training workshops for customers • Prepare system documentation such as functional/technical specifications, SIT plans and scripts, performance & load test plans, UAT plans, cutover plans, etc. • Provide post-implementation system maintenance and support • Liaise with customers, stakeholders, implementation partners, and internal resources to achieve project objectives effectively and efficiently • Negotiate and resolve changing needs and requirements from customers • Assist with presale activities, including requirement gathering, estimation, and proposal preparation ––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––– • 理解和管理客戶的需求和期望 • 向客戶提出適當的應用解決方案 • 進行需求收集和設計會議 • 執行應用配置、定制、系統集成測試以及性能和負載測試 • 準備培訓材料並為客戶舉辦培訓研討會 • 準備系統文檔，如功能/技術規範、SIT計劃和腳本、性能和負載測試計劃、UAT計劃、切換計劃等 • 提供實施後的系統維護和支持 • 與客戶、利益相關者、實施合作夥伴和內部資源進行溝通，以有效和高效地實現項目目標 • 協商和解決客戶不斷變化的需求和要求 • 協助售前活動，包括需求收集、估算和提案準備
